Terms of Service
The terms on which you may use this website. Project work is covered separately, by the proposal we agree with you.

About these terms
This website is operated by Elliot Westlake, trading as Reignite Digital, a sole trader based in the South of England. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Project work is separate
These terms govern your use of this website only. They are not the terms of any project we carry out for you. Any work we do, and what it costs, is set out in a written proposal or agreement that we share and confirm with you before starting. Where those terms and these terms differ, the project agreement wins for that work.
Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- use it in any way that breaks the law or another person’s rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it;
- introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site;
- scrape or copy its content for republication without our permission.
Our content
Unless we say otherwise, the design, text, images and case studies on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not reproduce our content for your own commercial use without our written consent. Client names and work shown in our case studies remain the property of their respective owners.
No warranty
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free or up to date, and the content is general information rather than advice you should rely on for a specific decision.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses arising from your use of this website.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version always applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
